There are four new developments at
Scientific Dust Collectors that we are excited to announce.
First is the development of
Scientific Dust Collectors next generation nozzle. At SDC, we are committed to
always advancing our cleaning technology. With the next generation nozzle, we
are able to provide better cleaning than its predecessor and far superior
cleaning over other dust collector designs.
Second are the recent
publications of two technical papers about Scientific Dust Collectors next
generation nozzle. The first technical paper is: Improving
the Cleaning Cycle in Baghouse Collectors. This technical paper
describes in detail three different cleaning systems: the generic orifice and
venturi, the original SDC nozzle, and the next generation SDC nozzle with test
results and analysis of the cleaning that each system provides. The second
technical paper is: Advantages
of Cleaning without a Venturi in Baghouse Collectors. This technical
paper summarizes the previous results in the first technical paper while also
going further in-depth with what is truly happening during the baghouse cleaning
cycle of the venturi and orifice system. Testing results along with an analysis
of the cleaning action at the very top of the bag is described in great detail.
Third
is the launch of Scientific Dust Collectors Cyclone Collector Line!
Cyclone collectors can be in a self-sustaining system or used as a
pre-filter for a baghouse or cartridge collector. Click here for more information about SDC's Cyclone Collectors.
Lastly,
is the launch of Scientific Dust Collectors new Baghouse line the
SPJ-BL! The SPJ-BL is ideal for airflows of 5,000 CFM or less and is
ideal for applications where size and space are critical. Click here for more information about the SPJ-BL.
