Baghouse Collectors
Scientific
Dust Collectors manufactures a full line of baghouse collectors with
various options to accomodate your specific needs. With our SPJ line of
Baghouse Dust Collectors, we eliminate the venturi that is common in
the industry, and use our patented supersonic nozzle instead, which
provides over 50% more cleaning flow than the generic baghouse. The
cleaning system also allows us to operate at higher air-to-cloth
ratios, lower pressure drops, and provide longer filter life.

Cartridge Collectors
Scientific
Dust Collectors manufactures a full line of Cartridge Dust Collectors
with both vertical and horizontal arrangements as well as low volume
and low static pressure options. All of the Cartridge Dust Collectors
employ our patented supersonic nozzle for superior cleaning and
performance. Like the Baghouse Dust Collector, the nozzle-based
cleaning system allows our Cartridge Collectors to operate at higher air-to-cloth ratios, lower pressure drops, and provide longer filter life.

Cyclone Collectors
Scientific
Dust Collectors now offers Cyclone Dust Collectors! The Cyclone
Collectors can be used as a prefilter for a baghouse or cartridge unit
or as a complete system. SDC's Cyclones are suited for 5,000 CFM to
20,000 CFM with grouping options available.

Rotary Air Locks
Scientific
Dust Collectors rotary airlock is a heavy-duty flexible tip rotary
airlock that allows for larger particles to pass through while
maintaining the air seal. The rotary air lock allows for continuous
system operation without the need to shut down for dust storage
changeouts.

Explosion Vents
Scientific
Dust Collectors takes combustible dust very seriously. At SDC we are
capable of supplying a system to meet our customers' needs in
compliance with the NFPA standards. SDC's Explosion Vent can be fitted

Filters

Scientific Dust Collectors, we do not place our emphasis on media type;
but rather how well the media is cleaned so that it is reusable and
lasts longer. We do offer competitive filter replacements for most
